Pediatrics Office Addition
Salisbury Pediatric Associates
This project is a 6,100 s.f. building additon and parking addition for a growing pediatric office practice in Salisbury, NC. The group wanted to solve overcrowding problems as well as provide a way for visiting pediatric specialists to serve their patient base conveniently and efficiently . The new "Specialty Center" wing houses a space for a full time integrative therapist, a specialist waiting and exam area to accomodate 2-3 physicians and a pediatric clinic expansion to accomodate up to 4 additonal physicians simultaneously. Waiting areas were expanded to provide adequate space even during the busiest practice days. The project also includes a pharmaceutical dispensary and a significant parking expansion to serve patients.
The project was constructed by Summit Developers of Salisbury.
