This project is an infill project in an upscale medical office development located adjacent to the hospital at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This busy Medical Oncology practice needed to expand as well as provide a better patient enviroment. The new facility includes exam rooms as well as an infusion area that accomodates 10 chairs. Special areas in the facility have been prepared for drug compounding and dispensing as well as an area for a future CT or PET scanner. An essential electrical system (emergency generator) was provided for this project to protect expensive medicines which require refrigeration or freezing.
