Family Practice Clinic
The Temple Medical Clinic is the premier primary care provider in Alexander City, Alabama. Architecture for Health was hired to provide this new 11,300 s.f. clinical facility as part of a medical commons. The Retail building will house a local pharmacy and durable medical goods business. There is also rental space retained for lease to other medical specialists.
The Clinic is designed to serve 4 busy practitioners in family practice with 12 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms. Additionally the clinic includes a testing wing with X-Ray, phlebotomy, stress testing, bone densiometry, EKG, PFT and extensive lab.
The project construction began in June 2009 and is slated for completion in early 2010.
Contract for construction of the project was negotiated with WH Bass, Inc. of Norcross, GA
