Pediatric Associates of LaGrange, a Medical Office Facility for Pediatric Medicine
This facility is a 5,300 s.f. facility designed for Dr. Lisa Allardice, FAAP. Located in the Calumet Center office park, this soon to be built Pediatric Center was designed for 3 Practitioners, plus a Speech therapist with future expansion capabilities, up to 5. This facility houses a centralized nursing station allowing for easy communication for the staff. Surrounding this station are the 9 exam rooms as well as 2 Speech therapy rooms. Sick and Well waiting rooms are segregated for patient protection. The charachter of the building was designed to compliment its surrounding area, choosing traditional architectural features as found in the Calumet Center and surrounding areas. This new Pediatrics office is scheduled to start construction in December of 2009 and be complete by August of 2010.
