Full Architectural and Engineering Services
Getting a custom designed building for your medical practice needs will always produce the most satisfactory results. Cost, time and location can however, can be factors which is why we offer other options.
Schematic (Only) Medical Building Design
If you are located in a state where it would'nt be cost effective for us to license and provide complete services, we will consider providing you with schematic design(Only) services for your project or will consider selling you one of our stock schematic design plan sets. These plans can then be utilized with your local builder and or architect to get you to your final goal of a new building. (*See note below about architectural laws)
Purchase of Full Construction Plans
If we have produced plans already for a client with similar needs to yours, the purchase of those plans can save considerably off the cost of custom services. Normally if we modify an existing project for a new location, the savings can be as much as 50%. Projects still have to be re-engineered for climate, orientation, soils, site constraints etc. Projects can be either re-produced by us or you can provide them to you local professionals. (*See note below about architectural laws) We have provided images here of our stock plans. These are taken mostly form projects that you see in the Portfolio.
* Every state has architectural laws regulating when a registered architect or engineer is required for commercial building construction. These laws vary from state to state and even within local municipalities. You should check or ask us to check your local laws before the purchase of plans.
